The “D” in Doppel… stands for “Donne” (Women, in italian)

For several years, women have made up more than 40% of Doppel’s workforce.

In 2012, the female population was 32% and it has since risen to 42%.

In Sales, Finance & Control Administration, and R&D, women make up in average 52% of the total workforce, 60% in Quality, 75% in Regulatory Affairs, and 80% in Human Resources.

Women hold several prominent positions in these departments, as they account for 38% of the executive and managing positions.

Doppel gathered testimonials from some of them to affirm that gender equality in leadership roles is a natural trait and gender diversity is a priority value in our business organisation.
